Hi, I’m Mike.

I am proof that strength training can change the way you age.

I coach at Miramar Beach Strength and Conditioning because I believe fitness is one of the greatest investments you can make in your future. Training has helped me stay strong, active, and capable of doing the things I love well into my 60s.

My goal as a coach is to show people that it is never too late to start. Whether someone is brand new to fitness or looking to stay strong as they get older, I focus on helping people move well, train safely, and build strength that lasts.

I believe the gym should be a place where people improve their health, challenge themselves, and realize that age does not define what they are capable of.

Like many people, there was a time when I could have easily accepted the idea that getting older meant slowing down.

Instead, I chose a different path.

When I discovered strength training and the CrossFit community, it completely changed how I viewed aging. I saw people improving their health, building confidence, and continuing to push themselves no matter their age.

Training consistently showed me that strength, energy, and vitality are not reserved for the young. They are earned by those who continue to show up and put in the work.

That realization inspired me to help others experience the same thing.

What motivates me most is helping people realize that the best years of their health and fitness do not have to be behind them.

Too many people believe they are too old to start, too out of shape to try, or too far behind to make progress. I love showing people that those beliefs are simply not true.

When someone sees what consistent training can do for their strength, their energy, and their confidence, it changes the way they see themselves.
