Ashley Breece

Hi, I’m Ashley.

I am the co-owner of Miramar Beach Strength and Conditioning, a CrossFit Level 2 coach, and a Healthy Steps Nutrition coach. Most importantly, I am a wife and mom to two amazing kids.

Fitness became part of my life because I wanted to become the strongest and healthiest version of myself for my family. Along the way I discovered something even bigger. I discovered how powerful it is when people come together to train, support one another, and grow through hard work.

At MBSC my passion is helping people build strength from the inside out. That means improving fitness, learning how to fuel your body properly, and building the kind of confidence that carries into every area of life.

There is nothing more rewarding to me than seeing someone walk through our doors unsure of themselves and eventually realize just how strong they really are.

My turning point came when I realized fitness could change far more than just physical health.

Training consistently taught me discipline, resilience, and confidence. It showed me that when you commit to something challenging and surround yourself with the right community, incredible things start to happen.

That realization is what led Preston and I to build Miramar Beach Strength and Conditioning.

We wanted to create a place where people could improve their health, push their limits, and feel supported every step of the way. A place where people could become stronger not only physically but mentally and emotionally as well.

What started as a passion for fitness quickly turned into a mission to help others transform their lives.

What motivates me most is helping people realize they are capable of more than they think.

I love watching someone hit their first milestone. Their first pull-up. Their first heavy lift. The moment they realize they are stronger than the voice in their head that once told them they could not do it.

As a coach and nutrition mentor, I am passionate about helping people build habits that last. Fitness is important, but real transformation comes from consistency, accountability, and the right support system.
